Extremely happy with our 2 night stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Ideal location only a short drive to Downtown and the ski area.
Perfect place ,its just by the highway and 5 mins drive from the downtown. You have shell ans Tim just beside. The rooms were nice. And breakfast was also good. The receptionist was good, friendly. Recommended for antone planning for Revelstoke. And prices were budget friendly
Very quick check-in. Friendly staff, quiet rooms with a hot tub and pool. Complimentary breakfast bar, which is pretty decent. Just not a full on breakfast bar with sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon or pancakes. The waffles were pretty good with a cereal bar with milk. Coffee and juice, bagels, fruit and yogurt. The beds are quite comfy, and would recommend if you need a place for a night to stay over somewhere on your travels. Cleanliness seemed great! And, and decent size bathroom.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and welcoming. The breakfast was passable.
Our family was very pleased with our experience at this hotel. The woman at the desk was helpful and kind and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The room was clean with lots of room for our family to spread out. While the pool was cold, it did not stop us from enjoying it and the hot tub was a nice touch. The breakfast was very tasty with lots of choices and all of the food was fresh. Checkout was easy as well! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to family or friends.
A great value place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights and the rooms were clean and spacious. They have a pool that'll keep kids occupied and tire them out , The pool is really cold tho, and they have a hot tub to relax your body after the drive up. They have free breakfast , it's very basic but its better than nothing. The luggage cart has 2 flat tires that were brought to the service desks attention but it was never addressed so it did make wheeling in luggage a little difficult. The gas station is right next door so that is super convenient for topping up when you leave. Highly recommend staying here.
Hottub and pool. Once again no scrambled eggs or sausage- is this the new thing? Maybe only Best Western has them? Not sure
Nothing fancy as far as room and breakfast are concerned but it's comfortable and clean. Pool and hot tub are great amenities. Easy walk to downtown.
